Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
• This is to inform you, prior to confirming your booking which needs guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here-under will not be applicable for your booking.

• In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of a tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
• In case of Third Party Products (EU Rail, Cruise, etc.) the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

Online Booking Procedure 

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online”section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance paymentwould be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by a traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time the booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by a traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of a booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time the booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by a traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
• If your booking is having your components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make an entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
  • When your visa is successfully done.
  • Your hotel rooms are booked.
  • Your Flights are confirmed.
  • Any other inclusion in the package.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by a traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time the booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancellation made by a traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

  • You will need to make payment of a booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time the booking process is undertaken.

• If your booking is having your components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make an entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

Your booking has travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy: 
If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of the number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
